Royal Dux is the name of the porcelain company based in the Czech Republic that manufactures figurines and ceramics in neoclassical and Art Nouveau styles. A member of the Czech Porcelain Group, the company has produced decorative pieces since 1853. Eduard Eichler ran the company from 1860 until his death in 1887, recreating designs from Worchester, Copenhagen and Sèvres. At the beginning of the 20th century, Royal Dux met with great success thanks to the work of designer Alois Hampel. The company's pieces are distinguished by their pink triangle, "certificate of origin, originality and quality". Royal Dux experienced a revival with the collection of Jaroslav Ježek presented at the Universal Exhibition in Brussels in 1958.
